Right of withdrawal:
A placed order can be withdrawn either in writing or through return to Netscouts gemeinnützige GmbH, Zerzabelshofstraße 29 3. Stock, 90478 Nürnberg within 14 days (date of post mark) after reception of the goods. Timely mailing shall suffice to meet such deadline. The right of withdrawal does not apply to audio recordings or software, if the sealed data medium has been opened.
